I'm a creative and curious Software Engineer with a constant desire and passion to learn and remain on the IT technology edge.

People say I'm easy to work with and that I have the ability to create positve enviroment to brainstorm ideas. My main goal has always been to support and improve the technical flow and stay customer focused.

I'm also very good at scheduling and meeting commitments. A few months into my software egnineering role, I was promoted to be a project lead. It has been a great exposure to all layers of work starting from the budget to the code in production both for the front and the back end.

  • Software Engineer Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies, Inc., Boston

    Project lead and lead developer for the modernization of the Volpe Center developed Country Desk, a web-based tool that provides the United States Navy (USN) and its NATO allies with a summary of information and metrics pertaining to data from the Maritime Safety and Security Information System (MSSIS).

  • Web Development Intern ViV Web Solutions, Boston

    As an intern I was responsible for the WOrdpress theme developmet of the existing Wordpress websites.

  • Civil Engineer Arhiplace, Subotica, Serbia

    Provided online and on site technical support. Using AutoCad and Tower (Radimpex) software I was able to resolve design and development challenges along with static calculations.

Young adults aged between 15 and 44 years account for 59% of global road traffic deaths.

D3

This project was scoped and prepared in two days. I have been interested in learning D3 for a long time, and this was a perfect opportunity to delve into this exciting and powerful JavaScript library. To demonstrate my understanding of D3, I used publicly available CDC datasets, generating two plots, one of which was a multiline chart. I was able to visually represent the change in death rates over time (1900-2013) for five major causes of death (heart disease, accidents, influenza, stroke, cancer).

ART E-COMMERCE WEBSITE

This was a group project. I built this single page app with colleagues Alex Braun and Joshua Mitchell. We built an e-commerce webiste that sells art prints. This is a fully functional e-commerce single page application that has Stripe (3rd party API) incorporated, so users can sign up to purchase art. Note that Stripe is working in test mode. To test our code, you can purchase prints using test card number 4242 4242 4242 4242.
